"Overall my experience with State Farm has been ok. Communication with Tracy never happens as she doesn’t return my calls and when she does something is entered incorrectly, I normally have to leave 3 voicemails for someone to call me back. The State Farm corporate website is a pain to use and they send you 6 verification codes just to view your insurance card. Overall I get it, it’s insurance, but the communication and customer access online is poor. Kim was very nice on the phone and helpful, entered my information correctly that I have tried to update multiple times but no one has called me back so I gave up. Also, as I’m writing this I got another verification code… what in the world."
